  • The Matrix Path of Neo Patch #2 and DT4.0 and 4.03

    1. Installed the game off a 100% working mdf/mds image.
    2. Applied patch #1 and #2
    3. Error "Emulator detected blah blah blah"

I tried it on both versions of DT4 and it didn't work .
Any ideas, suggestions, fixes, sollutions please let me know.
Oh before I forget I even tried Virtual CD Hide, the error was still there but now I've got a "Requested security module not found" error.

Ah wait found it myself but it's still not an actual sollution.
Inside the game folder there is a file called Matrix3W32S.bin, which is the actual protection+game, matrix3.exe is just a loader.
So I renamed the file into Matrix.exe downloaded from this site the Securom Loader and loaded the new matrix.exe and it worked but mind you this is not an actual sollution, I thought DT4 was untraceable.

Try SR7Stop 1.2, CureROM or the Securom 7 Burner Loader from the 3rd party ad-on's download section here.
See this thread for some help.

Correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't the whole DT4.0 point to be undetectable? I mean sure it is the best drive emulation program but I expected it to last a bit longer than the first update to securom after Dt's release.

Daemon Tools isn't blacklisted of any Game yet (only the newest patch of Seriou Sam 2) but the virtual scsi drives are blacklisted. Here an explanation from NetSoerfer

This method works perfectly for me. Thanks for the tip.
I've got 32bit Windows if anyone was wondering.

hey, i don't have the patches installed but i still got it to work.
                I got Daemontool 4.0
                and i got STARFORCE NIGHTMARE.

I just moutned the image and clicked disable cd on starforce and it worked.

im thinking of getting a patch but i dont kno which one to get. i cant tell if i have US version or international. when i load up the game it asks me which language i want to use. does that mean it's international?

If you can choose more than english, you have an international version, yes.

Do you have an nForce board, by any chance?

                    it's simple !

me too ! the same problem !
                    Patch 2 is not a patch !
it contains just one file & this file is an anti-emulation file !
the patch 1 is a real patch !
the patch 2 came after the crack to disable it !

so do it like me : JUST INSTALL PATCH 1 !!!

i terminated the game ! they changed the end !
it's not like The Matrix The Revolution !
it's an end for this game only !

                    Hope it helps !

Does ANYONE have any idea how to make this actually work? I can get into the menu, but after I start a new game, it's just a black screen, with the sounds playing in the background.

Holy hell, even the Two Thrones wasn't this hard to get working

Update your graphic drivers, maybe this can do it.

                              terminated the game?

                              do you mean completed?

                              >>> I used daemon, and manualy disabled the dvd drives via device manager, havent tried the patch yet, but im not sure the us retail patch will work on the international version
