    Hi everyone,
i have the dvd version of the game.
i made an image with Alchohol 120% the last version used the image wizard, i didn't make any changes.
Then i mount the image to daemon tool v.4.03 but i take a message
"CD/DVD emulation has been detected. Please diasble all CD/DVD emulation software and re-start the game"

I uninstall Alchohol after i create the image, and the only virtual drive i have is Nero's and Daemon's.

I used SDHide and SDBlocker with no success.

Any other suggestions? Is there any mini image for playing with no cd?

PS. If i have to change some option in Alchohol please tell me how because i'm new and i don't know the programm. Thanks

Hast du vielleicht noch irgendwelche Reste von CloneCD auf rechner, guck mal in der Registry. Oder probier mal CureROM anstatt SD4Hide.

        ...

I translated with google and added a few words in parentheses.

If you still have any remains (files, drivers, or registry keys) from CloneCD on your computer, look in the registry. Or try again with CureROM instead of SD4Hide.

Thanks for your advice, i uninstalled Clone CD and that message doesn't show up any more,

          HOWEVER

          i face another problem now

when the launch screen appears and i select play the PC seems to be loading the game and after a second crashes.

Windows restarts not in normal way, but like the power is cut down.

          Any ideas?

          My PC System is

          P4 3,0Ghz
          Asus P8P500 Motherboard
          1024 MB Ram

          Sound Card On Board(Sound Max)
          Sony DVD - Rom
          Lite-On DVD - RW

PS. Do you think i must update my video card's drivers?

I downloaded the last updates for my video card from nVIDIA but i still face the same problem.

When it tries to load the system crashes and restart.

Maybe contact the game support or use the old driver.

Please check if "Automatic Restart" is disabled, if it isn't, Windows XP will automatically restart the computer the way you're experiencing it if there is a bluescreen.

                            Solution

I had the same problem. What someone told me to do is run Windows Media Player, and loop a song. Load the game and play. And of course you should mute the volume onthe media player.

The problem appears only if you have updated your SoundMAX drivers. If they are WHQL enabled then it works fine. Use the drivers (audio, cadenza ones) provided in the motherboard disk and it will play fine
