Please read this manual first.

1. Extract "DTProLogging" folder.
2. Open "DTProLogging" folder. You will be able to see two files(Start.bat and Stop.bat).
3. Run StartLog.bat as administrator (for Vista).
4. Start DTPro application. 
5. Reproduce the problem you have reported.
6. Run StopLog.bat as administrator (for Vista).
7. After that the new folder("Log") and archive file(Log.zip) will be created.
8. Send us (support-eml@disc-soft.com) Log.zip file or "Log" folder.
