San Andreas "Current Disc" Problem

When I installed some mods on San Andreas it screwed it up so I reinstalled it. When I went to run the game again, I got an error message saying

Please remove disc from current CD/DVD drive and insert the original disc in another drive D:

I was having no problems before I reinstalled, but as soon as I did I got that message.
