So how 'bout it, syk0? Is it really ready for release? Can you actually fix the FADE protection?

To thouse that do not know yet. YASU 1.1 has been released over at gameburnworld. I don't know why there hasn't been an announcement made here since this is the YASU hub of operation so to speak. Works great btw except seagull bug in single player of ArmA is still there.

Oh and to sYk0 I just have this to say: "I love you! I love you! I love you! I love you! I love you! I love you! I love you! I love you! I love you! I love you! I love you!"

YASU 1.1 build 7033 has been leaked today (probably by one of the DT customers) I won't post the link here but I gave it a try with ArmA 1.05 and it works like charm...

I agree as it being a small program it has less that could go wrong.

As for 1.10, it looks good in the screenshots and I can't wait to take the DVD out of my noisy drive again.

sYk0, will it support the Aero Theme in Vista?

Using Nero DriveSpeed instead of Nero CD Speed would be more comfortable if you often get timed out because of "suboptimal" DPM files (you can also let it autostart if necessary). In my opinion tiny Y.A.S.U. shouldn't become a Multi-tool serving "special" needs.

    YASU vs SecuROM 7

Any chance of getting a drive throttle like 'CD Bremse' built into YASU. On a timer or sector check would be even better.
Like if the virtual drive is accessed somewhere other than standard data sectors the speed is throttled to 1x, otherwise its full speed ahead.
As stated in my other posts, I used Nero CD Speed to scan the virtual drive at 1x while Supreme Commander was loading and it has started every time. Sorry, nearly...SR7 timed out once but on retry it passed the check.

    Customers aren't beta testing
    It's a release version.
Become a customer by clicking "Register DAEMON Tools" in the menu on the left.
