Mounting a Game onto DVD

I recently downloaded a game, and I've never done this NoDVD crack thing.

I guess you're supposed to mount the files onto DVD. My question is, there is a RAR file. Should I extract the file in there, and put that file and the rest on the DVD, or put the RAR file on the dvd? Thanks!
