expertise needed

ill try and break it down as simply as possible, so as to stop myself from getting confused...

so i downloaded fm 2007 off a torrent during the night (am i allowed to mention that?), then today downloaded daemon tools, under the impression i'll need the latter in able to the former up and running

so as far as im aware i installed it, and it seems to merely be a tool bar

anyone know what i do from here?
