Ok so I have a bunch of rar files that contain bins, about 30. Then I have one sfv file and thats about it. What I need to know is how to make this into a playable version of the game. I was instructed to burn these files, then put the disc back in, install the game and play. Do I burn the rar files or do I unpack them and burn the bin/cue files? Is there anyway for me to just be able to boot these files off my HD without using a burner? Any help would be great! Also if you could kind of explain in steps, I'm super new to all of this.
