Asks for CD when i have a perfect ISO!

Ok, this problem has been frustrating me for quite some time now...i cant get daemon to mount these iso's properly. I just MagicISO to create iso's from games, and when i then try and install the game from the iso's it asks for the disk. Thinking i was doing something wrong, i tried torrenting a game iso and it asked for the same thing. I've remapped my drives in an attempt to get daemon and the drives to match, but i dont think i changed them to the right one. could any one please give me assistance on my issue? if you need any more information, let me know.
