a very simple problem i have

hi. im new to this program, so i have no idea how to use it. please go easy on me D:

i have this game, that for some reason wont install. so i turned to torrentz, and am currently downloading it. the description says the following

1. Mount and install "RCT2.iso" with Alcohol 120% or Daemon Tools.
2. Place the "rct2.exe" in the installation directory.
3. Play and enjoy!

sadly, step 3 is the only part i understand. could someone help me with steps one and two, please?
