Burning a .bin file to my virtual disk?

Ok, i have started my download for Rome total war and im gonna try to finish the download by tomorrow.

I really have no idea how im gonna burn the .bin files onto the virtual disk and how to like, install it.

I downloaded DT Pro so yeah. Can someone give me full details on how to do it?

Btw, i have vista.
