"Oblivion has stopped working" Driving me crazy!!!!! PLEASE help!!!!
First of all, thank you for taking the time to read my post, as i am a brand new member here in these forums.
OK, Ive been having a little problem... ok, who am i kidding, it's a big problem, and a very annoying one at that!!!
here's my deal. First off all, I Spent about 23 hours downloading oblivion onto my hard drive. I download Daemon Tools, and do what is necessary to play the game (mount drive etc.) After the Oblivion Launcher starts up, it gives me a menu with a list of options.
In Order as follows:
Play
Data Files
Options
ElderScrolls.com
Technical Support
Uninstall
Exit
After i hit Play, a small window named Oblivion pops into the upper-left corner of my screen. A few seconds later i get the dreaded message: "Oblivion has stopped working. Windows is checking for a solution to the problem."
I have no idea what to do and I would greatly appreciate if anyone on these forums could help me out ; )
