getting Peter Jackson's King Kong working

I have the images of the 3 CDs on my computer.

it has StartForce 3.6.something
can someone give me some step by step instructions how to play it?
with the images I received instructions but they included using some tool to create image but this tool asked for type of media it has- "Platinum 52X" "PHILIPS 52X" "SONY 48X" "FUJI 52X" "TDK 52X" but my DVD burner is NEC
