Star wars Empire At war:fix
Ok to all have gotten to the step Could not Authenticate disc.
For some reason Im not a protection cd specalist All stop cd disbale cd programs are detected.And will cause the game not to work.
You guy are missing one step.
Right click on my computer and go to your device manager
then proceed to unistall your cd/dvd rom.
Mount image thru curerom 10 seconds and use deamons to mount image.the 3rd party option
whala game works. Hope this help
Dont worry about your cd rom just use windows detect device to turn your cd rom back on.
(also you may want to write down the make and model number in case you need software for it)
This is also a fix for splinter cell 3 I had the same problem.
Please post if this works I also set compalibty to win 2k. on the curerom icon
Moutn the sweaw.exe not launch.
Could not authenticate is caused from your cd being detected not a bad image.
For some reason the disable cd/dvd option on curerom does not work you must do this manually.
I imagine this is why so many ppl got confused.
Took me hours to figure that out.
To whoever made the program I think you need to go over your disable cd code.It is not working in the latest release or the 1.22 release both have same problem
