I have run the Daemon Tools on Windows 2003 server Enterprize Edition - all works fine.
I think you can add Windows 2003 server to list of supported OSs - because it is not explicit in this list.
For 2003 server users it is very important because a lot of software that runs on other windows versions dont run on 2003 server.
