DT4.0.6, Vista 5728, and an Error

I'm running Vista build 5728, with DT 4.0.6 and I'm getting an error whenever I try to load up DT..

Initialization error 0.
This program requires at least Windows 2000 with SPTD 1.28 or higher.
Kernal debugger must be deactivated.

Worked fine in build 5600. I tried replacing the cdrom.sys file with the older Vista build 5600 cdrom.sys file, but that didn't work, still getting same error.. any thoughts?
