Just FYI, today I upgraded Win98 system with DT3.33 to WinXP (Pro+SP1). No big surprise that DT did not work after upgrade. But... if I attempted to reinstall Tools, going through reinstall/repair/upgrade choice in the installer, install was dying with error code 25030. After I uninstalled tools and installed them again from scratch, everything is in order now.
