Virtual IDE Drive is not initialize when Booting!

OS: Windows Vista Ultimate 32bit
Mainboard : Gigabyte GA P35 DQ6
Ram : DDR2 800 4Gbyte
CPU : Intel Core 2 Duo E6600

1) Virtual IDE drive is not loaded when booting.
Only when Daemon Tools Pro is opened, drive is initialized.

2) .Que(bin) file cannot be mounted.
When mounted, Daemon Tools Pro lock up and Window also lock up.
So, I must reset computer.

Please, solve this problem as fast as possible.
