To be more specific, I'm running an image of Curse of Monkey Island on my pc, and while gameplay works perfectly, the video sequences are all sped up to almost double the original speed, and theaudio becomes choppy. I suspect it is because the image is buffering too quickly from my external hard drive, is there any way to slow down daemon tools to emulate more of an older 4x cd-rom drive?
Not even sure if this is the problem though, as it works fine from cd, and the speed is considerably higher than what was available 10 years ago.
any assistance would be appreciated
