I'm having some trouble here.
I began to install DT 4.0.3 x86, and a pop up window appeared stating that it was necessary to restart the system for setup to begin to install the program (it had not installed nothing prior to this)
So I restarted, and the system freezes at startup screen.
I've restarted the machine in safe mode and:
I've tried to rename de spt file(s) to no avail
I tried to uninstall the program, but the registry shows no installation of the program.
I've run the sptdinst_x86.exe to delete it from the command prompt and nothing.
The only option available now is to run the windows CD to run chkdsk to see if there's something wrong with the system, but I wanted you to know of this trouble and see if anyone else had this same trouble and if so how did you fix this?
I'm running under Win 2k SP4
