"G:\ Application not found"

I had installed Daemon Tools earlier in the day yesterday on my new computer and it was working fine... then tried to mount a file last night and I get an error popup with....

G:\

Application not found


Not entirely sure why it's doing this. Tried reinstalling but still get the same error. Anyone help?
