Windows 2000 Hang

Operating System: Windows 2000
Burning Software: Nero 6.3
Anti-virus Software: Norton Antivirus
DAEMON Tools Version: 3.47

I had a working Windows 2000 with a Maxtor Serial ATA Card.
I installed Daemon Tools 3.47
During reboot the Computer hang with the Windows 2000 logo.
I boot into Safe Mode and deinstalled the Scsi Drivers, Registry Keys and the files in the System32/drivers directory.
During reboot the Computer hang with the Windows 2000 logo.
I removed the serial ata card.
Computer starts normally.
I deinstalled Daemon Tools.
Computer starts normally.
I reinstalled the serial ata Card.
During reboot the computer hang with the Windows 2000 logo.

Any suggestions?
