Operating System: xp
Burning Software: cdclone
Anti-virus Software: norton
DAEMON Tools Version: 3.47
I am a newbie with daemon tools. i have successfully mounted the image. great. I installed the program. I wanted to have a backup of the cd's. Thus I copied the mounted cd's to real cd's. Everything looks fine. I even tested the new cd's by doing an install using the copied cd's . Works great. Here is the issue: When I run the program after using the installed backup cd's (i dont want to use the originals), it wont run because it tells me to "insert the cd". This was surprising since it looked like everything copied exactly. I dont know much about copy protection. and i dont want a "no cd hack". I want to avoid the "insert cd" message. Should I have mounted and/or copied using one of the emulation options. is there something i could have done incorrectly. thanks for your help
