I have a Liteon LTR52246S and Sony DRU510A burners. I am able to make backup copies of Safedisc and Securom New protected games with Liteon burner. However these backups (mainly Securom New) does not work with my Sony drive. I tried to make the image using CloneCD from both drives, and the copies works only for Liteon drive.
So my question is: what technical specifications in the burners are responsible for making a burner capable of copying these 2 protections?
I have tried different CD-R and CD-RW media. Still the backup copies works only for LTR-52246S. My last 2 attempts: Jedi Academy and KOTOR (both Securom New).
