  • How to restore the .dll generated by the asr.exe?

I was using asr.exe v1.2 to start the "Titan Quest". But the game hanged. I restarted the computer. Then a blue screen appeared and said that there was some hardware setting problem - "The number of driver did not match" - something like that. And I find that a "ntdll14.dll" at the folder of the asr.exe after restart. Generally, there would not be such a file once the game is closed. Now how can I change back the driver setting with the "ntdll14.dll"? Plz help!

ntdll**.dll is a .dll that ASR created, My guess would be that it had nothing to do with your system failing to start.

The file (ntdll**.dll) would have been deleted IF the game had closed correctly.

It should be safe to delete the file (in your case "ntdll14.dll"), as it has nothing to do with the windows operating system.

Try start the game with your original disc(s), just to check if the game still operates correctly.
