I've always liked Fileshack myself. I used to subscribe to both Fileshack and Fileplanet, but FP got on my bad side when they kept recoding the website so it wouldn't work properly with Opera. After Opera v9 came out, it worked better than it ever had....until they changed things again and I couldn't even download from FP. That was the breaking point. Fileshack - on the other hand - has never once caused me grief with IE, FF or the big O.
