well, StarForce's backup-technology is not very well accepted,
as with most such technologies. Most gamers WANT their CD/DVD. Apart from that, than you are in direct competition
to e.g. Steam - and believe me, you will lose this war
Steam is a competitor of all disk based CPs. Disk protection is discomfort and buggy. Its easy to emulate and far from reliability. But most people on the world still haven't internet connection. Thats why steam is not a best solution for AAA titles.
But some time the age of optical media come to an end. Then all CP providers will have somrthing like steam for sure, coz theay are not suicide.

And one last word: What make you think that DT is useless
then? Maybe we just code than something really impressive
new, like e.g. some "Online-Starforce-Ripper" or such thing
You mentioned it - it is boring otherwise, hehehe.
Disk emulating and "Some-Ripper" is very different things bro. If, according to law, user have rights for backup copy, and you bring him such feature, then ripper of something is 100% pirate tool.

However, the latest Version of Starforce is, according to your
pressrelease, unbeatable (especially for DaemonTools), so I
guess DT is from now on useless for StarForce anyway, so
do not worry - except you do not believe in your own words
    However, peace brother
4.7 is not emulating by DT at the moment. I'm sure you will think out something and pass on the baton to us. But such situation is nonsensical. You probaply want to help users to keep thier licensed disks at good conditions. We want it to. Also we want user system to be CP's and DT's drivers free. Thats why we offeres backup solution, which could replace DT usage for SF protected titles for legitimate users. So DT will not be 100% useless - everybody, who want to play for free will be on your side.

    Yours faithfully

      And lets read this

This patch is for customers who experience an Attempt of using emulation software has been detected error message when trying to run Brian Lara International Cricket 2007, commonly noticed on Dell PCs, and some others.
And how many errors will be in starforce? Hehe
4.7 is not emulating by DT at the moment - lets see what will be next 2-5 days

Indeed - maybe we code then such "backup-solution" for game-companys, too -
maybe we join your business, as it seems we share the
same opinions (you named it - protect disks of users).
And maybe you admit: we have good experience in this area

That was always the problem: you want something on the
users system. Regardless what the user want. YOU wanted
it - so be it. Did I sum it up right?
We are there because users wanted it so.

Good, you finally admit that we are already best backup-solution for SF-titles. Again, we share your opinion!

What concerns the rest of your statement:
DT is and was never useless. And what concerns the rest of
what I would name in best case a provocation:

NOBODY want to play "for free" - and THAT people who really want
it will not spend one single cent, regardless if they can
copy it or not. And they do not need DT, they have other
ways to do so. You should know best, as it is your business,
            isnt it?

I do not see much sense to discuss all this crap any further.
It is obvious to everyone why you're here at this forum.
I suggest you simple restrict your work on our forum here
to help people who run into trouble with SF, thats why we
wellcomed your registration here, not to rant against us.
We never ranted at your forum and do not plan to do so
in future. For your advertisement/public-relations you have
YOUR website and thats exactly where such statements
belong to (my posts incl.) Lets stop this silly bashing now.
It does not serve anyone but instead is boring and there-
fore I close this thread now. If you have any further comments,
feel free to send me an PM - or we can go on further at
            YOUR forum. You decide.
