I did. Also sent them a message at discsoft and they told me to apply here. So far no real answer and my membership is still pending.
Been almost a week and half now.

                  Hi

I'm not sure if I've done everything as I should.

                  1. I have a forum account.
                  2. I have a Disc-Soft account (Same email).
                  3. I requested group membership to the translation group

But it has been almost two weeks?

Please let me know, if I need to do anything else

I'm still pending for an answer more than 3 weeks from 01.11.2007, but I didn't get any answer for the translation . I can't send a PM, so is there other way to join the translators group?

                        @Vorass:

you are a "special-case". Our internal security system banned
one of your accounts (which is btw not allowed by our forum-
                        rules )

Anyway, I look into it why your other account was banned. Might
                        be unintentionally.

@All: please note to NOT spread your translation via external
links, this CAN be interpreted as spam-attempt.

Unfortunately, we are all also busy as hell so it might still take
some time before your join-request is approved. Please also
check your join-request-status from time to time!!!
If there is no longer a "still pending" or a join-request at all,
this means your membership was not accepted for various
reasons, mainly because we already have a translator for
the language you offer. In such case it makes no sense to
add e.g. 5 translators all for the same language and your
request is terminated, but I'm sure those that are affected
                        understand this..

In other my account which now is banned, I wrote how to download Lithuanian language file for DAEMON Tools, because the link which was posted earlier by me in this forum didn't worked, that it needs to be copied into address bar to download.
When I saw that another my account was banned, canned not to understand why. So that was really unintentionally ban.

                              hi everybody

                              spanish
                              aagarlor@terra.es
                              aagarlor@terra.es

I have a doubt with spanish, in reality there are 2 spanish languages, in a similar way as american english and great britain english, theres spanish and latinamerican spanish, should we make only one or 2 languages?, maybe for somebody it sounds stupid, but the same word ( cojer ) means "fuck" in some latinamerican countries and "take" in spain.

of course there should be both "variants" of a language as long
as it is not simple a dialect but a real variant.

Most germans e.g. can understand most dialects and nearly all
germans should understand "high"german or standard-german.

This is maybe different in other languages (portugal and brazil
have different variants iirc). You decide - if the meaning of a
word is that different and can be misunderstood, then we
should definitly offer them ALL variants - imho
