I have finished works on the Ukranian language преводом DAEMON Tools

What actions to me still need to be undertaken for reception of the status of the official translator?
Just as to send developers a file of translation?
And still it would be desirable to learn as well as with whom to leave on communication in occasion of translations, updatings, mistakes, etc.
