Mounting an xbox iso then running it on your xbox via a network.

I have my xbox hooked into my network and was wondering if it is possible to play a game if it is mounted in deamon tools, then the drive is shared.
I have tried but have had no success. At the moment i am mounting the iso to the shared daemon tools drive but as soon as i do it says its a cdrom drive not a dvd drive. when i access the network on my xbox then try to select the simulated drive nothing happens. it doesn't try to load or anything. can anyone help??
