Wrong value for French Language

It seems that the language value (1 instead of 1036) generated by DAEMON TOOLS translator is not good :

Is it possible to correct that (although it doesn't seem to settle a real problem) ?

I check the lang folder of DT pro:
cro - chs - cht - ... have the same problem (STRINGTABLE
LANGUAGE LANG_ARABIC, 0x0)

But not all the file (deu - rus - ...)

So i'm not sure that the problem come from DTpro translator...

I use visual studio tu create the "version ibnfo" of the file, VS could create this "bug"...

The Arabic language comes from DT Translator program (there is already a thread about this issue)
