        • Should I translate these terms "Advanced Edition"/4472, "Standard Edition"/4473 or should I leave them in English ?

I believe that these are for "Daemon Tools <string 4472>" / "Daemon Tools <string 4473>".

If its my choice, then I will leave them like that. Is this a problem ?

          Comment

          • Well, you shouldn't translate Advanced or Standard, but you can translate the rest.

But it is better to leave those both strings as they are.

            • These strings 4460-4465 are all with "key files".
What are these key files ? Same as license key file ?

              Thanks,

                    • Hi,

What is the meaning of "serial" (the string 4470)? In which context is it used?

I have translated it as "serial number" but I'm not sure.

                      Thanks.

                      • Correct Tanatos. It is just displaying the Serial number.

BTW expect at least one new string soon.

I honestly still don't feel entirely sure how this string is used in the log. Will it first display the most important values, like the output filename and the source drive, and then summarize the rest of the relevant options? I.e. it means something like "other/additional options"?

                          • It displays e. g. Compress Image.

Drive etc. is already displayed in log above.

                              • Does it mean "unable to make image, one time failure" or "unable to make image, by design"?
