What is not empty ? Disc ? Project ? File ? Folder ? Password ?

String 8355 was changed from 'not empty' to 'Non-empty'. It comes to discs, e.g. 'Non-empty CD-R'.
As far as I remember my English teacher telling me... "non-" prefix means a kind of impossibility, not the logical negation. For example "nondisposable" could be translated to Russian as "не поддающийся выбрасыванию", "noneditable" - "не редагируемый". The combination "non-empty" is not valid for English at all.
