It starts to install, but then it gives me this error: Error 1926: Could not set file security for file 'C:\config.msi\'. Error 5. Verify that you have sufficient priviliges to modify the security permissions for this file.

I am logged on as an admin. The file doesn't exsist and I have the security permissions set so anyone with a computer and the internet could change it.
