    A week has gone by and i havn't received any response from disc-soft either regarding this problem either.

    Can someone admit there's a little bug somewhere?

        Just login into your Disc-Soft.com account which has the same email address as you used in forum and press on Revoke button next to your hardware key.
        Make something idiot proof, but then they just make a better idiot

          It's so fun being ignored. Not only will no one even acknowledge any of the points that I made, but they won't even say specifically why they're not responding to me.

          Just keep bumping the thread... this is a headache that isn't going away (unless they make this thread private too).

            Can someone explain why I can activate the Basic version but not the Advanced?

            I've revoked all licenses by the way prior to installation.

              The silence is deafening.

              So how many support agents are there for Daemon Tools / Disk-Soft?

              Why is there nothing listed in the EULA about needing a valid email?
