Failed to start

i am trying to open an iso file and when i click on the image in my computer i get an error saying
F:\
This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.

i have download and reinstalled DT twice and download the program from 2 different sources and i still get this error

can anyone help me or know what is going on?

Try original disk and reinstall the application.
