    I have the same problem.
    Yesterday i just reinstal my windows sp3 and instaled daemon tools lite, it worked perfectly, i dont know if K-lite mega codec pack can be the reason for this problem, because before i install these drivers i dont have a problem with daemon tools?!?

      Same problem here,don't try to hide it under "security software" thing-FIX IT!And also DAEMON Tools Network Edition - since when?

          Hi frioux,
          I had the same problem that you, running VirtualBox with Windows 7 32-bits, I found in virtualbox forum that your CPU needs to support Virtualization. I needed to enable the Virtualization in BIOS, and Daemon installed without any problems.

          I have a AMD Phenom II X4 .

            Same problem as above, only I am using Ubuntu 10.4 as my os.
