  • YASU not working with DT Pro Advanced Trial

Hi, I must be missing something because I installed DT Pro Advanced Trial on Vista x64, the folder does NOT contain the files dtpro.dll or daemon.dll and therefore YASU complains every time - and yes I have put YASU into the "C:\Program Files (x86)\Daemon Tools Pro" folder.

    The only dll files are:

    Converter.dll
    DTCommonRes.dll
    DTProShl32.dll
    DTProShl64.dll
    Engine.dll
    imgengine.dll
    mfc80u.dll
    msvcp80.dll
    msvcr80.dll

Please can anyone tell me where these files are??

You are using 304 and 304 doesn't have those dlls anymore. YASU was just not updated yet.

OK - so I take it using an archived version that does contain those will work?

Can I get access to archived versions?

Not possible. You would need another trial license and that is not permitted to have two trial licenses and downgrade is not possible.

          Hi!

Was wondering, what's wrong with YASU...

Will there be a hotfix or a new YASU version in the next days?

Copying then renaming the copy of "DTCommonRes.dll" to "dtpro.dll" works as a nice work-around until YASU is updated to work with Daemon tools 4.30.0304.

Did it myself and it works!
