Default how to extract ISO files

What is I had a game that I installed in two computers and want to be able to play them on two different computers at the same time.

How would I be able to extract the file that I need to put onto Daemon Tools from the Game CD/DVD?

As sikvdila said - you can create an image using dt lite which is easily done by popping up the panel an selecting disc imaging icon and clicking start. Provided this is not a game with copyright protection on it there should be no problem.

Im pretty sure Sims 3 has some gnarly copyright protection right?

will DT Lite work on Sims 3?
or can I just download the file somewhere?

The Sims 3 uses securom copy protection. If you create an image using DT lite you should be able 2 install the game from the image but not much more. If however you have dt pro(you can use trail version for this purpose) you can create an image using the securom profile and perhaps hide the disc(the mounted image) with the latest YASU and you will be able 2 play the game without inserting the original disc.
