    Default .CUE Audio emulator

    Operating System: XP
    Burning Software: Nero
    Anti-virus Software: Norton
    DAEMON Tools Version: 3.46

    Hello,

This question might sound wierd but bear with me here alright.

First off I got a .cue file to burn an entire cd .mp3. This .cue file upon starting it and burning it (using nero) it automatically splits up the .mp3 file for each track. My question here today is: is it possible to image that and have let's say Daemon split up the tracks - or do you know of any software that does? My goal is to be able to mount the .cue file so the full length cd .mp3 is split up into it's seperate tracks when it's imaged. Any answers or suggestions? Anything is welcomed.

    Thanks,
    Zoreve

Some ppl record there mp3 as one big file and add .cue file with info inside it about how long each track is and where is start and end!

Okay well to make more sence here is some of the .cue file that reffers to one big .mp3 file.

    PERFORMER "Special D."
    TITLE "Reckless"
    FILE "01_Special_D._-_Reckless.mp3" MP3
    TRACK 01 AUDIO
    TITLE "Nothing I Wonґt Do"
    PERFORMER "Special D."
    FLAGS DCP
    INDEX 01 00:00:00
    TRACK 02 AUDIO
    TITLE "Reckless"
    PERFORMER "Special D."
    FLAGS DCP
    INDEX 00 03:03:03
    INDEX 01 03:05:03
    TRACK 03 AUDIO
    TITLE "Come With Me"
    PERFORMER "Special D."
    FLAGS DCP
    INDEX 00 07:36:45
    INDEX 01 07:38:45
    TRACK 04 AUDIO
    TITLE "You"
    PERFORMER "Special D."
    FLAGS DCP
    INDEX 00 10:41:55
    INDEX 01 10:43:55

    ETC...

As you can see it takes the big .mp3 file and the .cue file tells the burner where to split the song up and what to call it. Is there any program out there that let's me split it up without having to burn it. Something fast. I don't want to have to use Cool Edit and cut each song out... I was wondering if a program like Daemon Tools would be able to emulate it as if it was burnt and had seperate songs? Understand?

    Later,
    Zor
