  • Read Ahead Buffering

Is it possible to set how much read ahead buffering if any Daemon Tools does?

The reason I ask is because I use DT for mounting ISO images of DVDs and Blu-ray discs on a Windows 7 media center that I also stream to other TVs with Windows 7 media center PCs connected to them. The movies generally play fine on the media center where everything is stored although it will get the occasional hiccup. The remote machines are much more unreliable. Even with a switched gigabit network, the streaming latency is enough to cause skipping. If DT buffered enough of the image in RAM to smooth out the network latency, the solution would work perfectly.

So is there such an option with DT?

Thank you in advance for any input.
