new to the tools

ok so i read and read but yet havent compelety understood how to use the tools. so heres what i wanna do and maybe someone can explain the steps. i dont wanna use my cds to play the games medal of honor and both expansions need the discs in the drive. i have installed the tools but dont know what to do at that point. i only have 2 physical drives but 4 virtual drives from the tools. can someone help me out here?

You need to make an image of your discs, with e.g., alcohol 120%, clone cd, etc...
