Default Copying a Daemon tools image

Hey, so the thing is I've saved a disk as a .mds file. Now I want to copy the daemon tools image over to my desktop computer. But the .mds file is 1kb. The disk was about 3gb of data so for starters this cant be right. Also when i do copy it over it cant mount the image. So how can I copy an image that I have on one computer over to another in a manner that works.

You need to copy the mdf file too.

The MDF file gets saved into the same folder as the MDS file.
