    Ausrufezeichen Can't enable IDE (Error 1784)

    Hi. I have DT Pro 5.1.0.0333 with SPTD 1.81 installed correctly (DT can "see" it - help>about...) and Windows 7 x64.

    When I try to mount IDE Virtual Device or enable IDE Adapter in Virtual Device Manager I get the message: "DAEMON Tools Pro Driver error:1784" and that's all. DT and SCI drives work properly but I really need to enable IDE. Any solutions?

    Please attach your "C:\Windows\inf\setupapi.dev.log" file zipped.

    Which security software(s) are you using ?

    We need special logs from your system:

    1. Please, download "DTLogger.exe" from our server http://files.disc-soft.com/download/DTLogger.exe
    2. Run DTLogger.exe and click Install.
    3. Then select "Start Common logging" option and click RUN.
    4. Reproduce reported problem.
    5. Return to DTLogger window and click STOP.
    6. Then click Finish.
    7. Explorer window will be opened in user profile folder.
    8. Find "DAEMONToolsLog.zip" file and send this file to support-eml@disc-soft.com with the link to current thread.

    Please attach or share your "C:\Windows\inf\setupapi.dev.log" file.
