Hey all..

i just downloaded a trial version of DT Pro,i want to buy it later but cant open it..
i need help i cant open DT Pro,it says DAEMON Tools Pro has encountered a problem and needs to be close.

it says

Error signature

Appname: dtpro.exe Appver:5.2.0348 Modname: dtpro.exe
Modever: 5.2.0.342 Offset: 0008ae40

Im using windows Xp and Eset Nod32..

What should i do??

Disable Eset Nod32 and try to install DTPro again.

I disable the ESET and re install DT still it does not open!!

What should i do?? I cant figure it out....

When do you get this error (during installation or on program start)?
Please share a screenshot with described error message.

I have the same problem. Also using windows XP. I have no idea what Eset Nod32 is. The problem occurs on program start. I have uninstalled and re-installed. The problem persists. What to do ? Screen shot below -

Happens to me something similar after an unattended installation, after starting Windows and all installed programs, including EndPoint ESET Antivirus 5. Windows gives blue screen and restarts.

Which OS are you using ?
Same behaviour with current version 5.30 ?
Also please provide the crash dump file.
