    Hi there,

after installing DT on my Win2000 machine, I've two new CD devices (E: and F but I can mount only into device 0 (F.
How can I get rid of the device E: ?

Operating System: Windows 2000 Prof Service Pack 4, DirectX 9
    Burning Software: none
Anti-virus Software: AntiVir Personal Edition Version 6
    DAEMON Tools Version: 3.46

I have exactly the same problem.

2 new devices but only one is usable, if I set the numbers of devices to 0 in the manager only one disappears.
Uninstalling Daemon Tools gets rid of both of them, if I reinstall both reappear.

Check in Device manager what CDROMs you see?

In the device manager there is only the Hardware "CD-ROM (LITEON)" and the "Generic DVD-ROM SCSI CdRom Device" listed.

        Any hints?

Then Daemon should use ONE letter only - your other letter seems from something else.
