Default "Not a valid win32 application"

When I try to install the latest version of DT, I get an error message saying that it is Not a valid win32 application.

I am running Windows Vista Service pack 1.

I've downloaded it 4 times now each time to a different drive. I keep getting the same problem. Any other ideas?

Edit: Seems there is something wrong with my Firefox install or something. Downloading with IE worked fine.
