The only thing thats keeping back from upgrading to Win64 is not having a
    image/virtual drive software.

Yeah! I'm also in need of a 64-bit version of daemon-tools!
    Hope it'll be out soon.
    Good job, you guys!

    Finally!

It seems that many software developers has overlooked the 64bit capability, and that they dont care about upgrading their software!

Now things will really start happening! (hopefully)

Unfortunately there is no quick fix to make a 32bit driver - such as the driver Daemon Tools uses - 64bit compatible. That's why we can't just release a v3.47-x64.

Contrary to your assumption, Cyborg666, our developers have been aware of the need for 64bit compatibility for a long time and have been making sure the next major version of Daemon Tools will be compatible to both 32bit and 64bit architectures. So, when the last bugs are fixed for the new version, you'll all get a brand new, shiny v4 of Daemon Tools that will work on both architectures.

Why not release Daemon Tools 4 Beta to the public now that Windows XP Pro X64 bit edition (OEM) has been released?

Because we don't do public beta testing. This has been discussed over and over, feel free to search the forum for those discussions.

Sorry, but we just don't do it.

Daemon Tools is the only reason I am not moving to x64.

    Default x64 compatible

Great job guys! Congratulations. I do use DaemonTools for long time and, like the above guys, I too became an AMD64 user. In my case, since Nov/2003.

I build computers and the ISO mentioned above is my best way to save time. Therefore, Daemon is being great and an x64 would be greatly appreciated.

If beta testers are welcome, enlist me!
