  • My computer crashes

    Operating System: windows xp home edition 2002 ( service pack 1 )
    Burning Software: the latest nero
    Anti-virus Software: panda antivirus 2004
    DAEMON Tools Version: 3.47

    Hey

    My computer keeps crashing when I try to open the cue file,and then i go to my computer and try to explore the new disc that shows up but then it crashes every time.
    Can someone please help me
    I don't know a lot about this program so can you please tell me what i'm doing wrong :?

    Check if you've minidump in Windows\Minidump folder related to that crash, if so send newest file to support@daemon-tools.cc with reference to this thread.

      Ok i have a minidump folder in c: windows
      and there are 5 files in there all with names like these:
      Mini072804-01.dmp

      so what should i do now

      ps: i'm sry if i'm asking stupid questions,i'm new to this stuff :roll:

        Mail them to mentioned address as attachment (either unpacked or RAR-packed).

          Ok thanks i just send the files in the minidump folder
          But how long does it take before I get an reply

            Unfortunately those dumps are very old (newest is dated July, 28th), so I doubt they're related to your current problems.
            Do you use alternative ntoskrnl.exe (e.g. different boot screens)? Please use original OS files only!

              Now I get an error that sais

              J: is not a valid win 32 application or something like that

              What does this mean?
