Unable to acess image file

I tried to mount a cue image and I got the message "Unable to mount image. Cue Sheet: Unable to acess image file."

This file worked yesterday. What the **** have happend?

recreate image with f.e. alcohol 120%, iirc, it is using SafeDisc 3 as protection
